]]> बिल्डिंग मटेरियल की कीमतों में वृद्धि: गुरुग्राम और दिल्ली एनसीआर में बिल्डिंग मटेरियल की कीमतों में तेजी सीमित नहीं हो रही है। सिर्फ़ एक महीने में बिल्डिंग मटेरियल की कीमतों में 33 फीसदी की वृद्धि हो चुकी है। इससे आम आदमी परेशान हो रहा है। बिल्डिंग मटेरियल की कीमतें न केवल बढ़ रही हैं, बल्कि ट्रक चालकों की हड़ताल का भी असर हो रहा है इसके कारण सामग्री भी उपलब्ध नहीं हो रही है। कांग्रेस ने इस बात पर सरकार को आरोप लगाया है और कहा है कि चुनावी वादों की पोल जनता पर पड़ रही है। वहीं भाजपा का दावा है कि कीमतें जल्द ही नियंत्रित हो जाएंगी।

जमुना रेत, ईंट, रोड़ी और अन्य मटेरियल की कीमतें बढ़ गई हैं।

यह जानने के लिए बता दें कि सिर्फ़ एक महीने पहले खुले बाजार में घर बनाने के लिए जमुना रेत प्रति क्यूबिक फीट पर 20 रुपये में उपलब्ध थी। अर्थात पांचसो क्यूबिक फीट जमुना रेत दस हजार रुपये में मिल जाती थी, लेकिन अब जमुना रेत सोला हजार रुपये तक मिल रही है। लाल ईंट की कीमत भी बढ़ गई है। पहले 6500 रुपये में एक हजार ईंट मिलती थी। अब आपको 8700 रुपये तक खर्च करने पड़ रहे।  बिल्डिंग मटेरियल की कीमतें बदलती रहती हैं और इसमें कई कारकों का प्रभाव होता है, बिल्डिंग मटेरियल की कीमतों में वृद्धि जैसे कि आपूर्ति-मांग के बदलते प्रतिस्पर्धी बाजार में बदलाव, बाज़ारीयों की नीतियों, सरकारी नियमों और अन्य कारकों के साथ।

गिट्टी (रोड़ी) की कीमत भी प्रति क्यूबिक फीट 6 से 8 रुपए बढ़ चुकी है। इन सबके बीच सीमेंट की कीमत भी उछाल मारने को तैयार है। बाजार में खुलेआम चर्चा है कि प्रति बोरी 20 से 25 रुपए की कीमत कभी भी बढ़ सकती है। इसका मतलब है घर बनाने के लिए सबसे ज्यादा जरुरी ईंट, गिट्टी, रेती और सीमेंट की कीमत में औसतन 33 फीसदी से ज्यादा उछाल आ चुका है। ये कीमत आम आदमी कमर तोड़ने के लिए काफी है।

बिल्डिंग मटेरियल की बढ़ती कीमतों को लेकर कांग्रेस ने सरकार पर हमला बोल दिया है। उसका आरोप है कि चुनावी वादों को पूरा करने के लिए महंगाई बढ़ाई जा रही है, ताकि जनता की जेब से पैसा निकाला जा सके। हालांकि, सत्ताधारी पार्टी के नेता इस पर जल्द काबू पाने की बात कह रहे हैं।

Building Materials Price Hike – (बिल्डिंग मटेरियल की कीमतों में वृद्धि) : दरअसल, मीडिल क्लास घर बनाने में अभी बुरी तरह पिस रहा है. पिछले हफ्ते ट्रक ड्राइवरों की हड़ताल के चलते बिल्डिंग मैटेरियल की सप्लाई पूरी तरह से ठप हो गई। हड़ताल खत्म हुई तो भी सभी ड्राइवर काम पर नहीं लौटे। उधर, सोनीपत व्  नॉएडा के आसपास की 25 रेत घाटें अब भी पूरी तरह से खुली नहीं हैं। ईंट भट्टों में सभी मजदूर नहीं पहुंच पाए हैं, क्योंकि पहले चुनाव, फिर धान कटाई और अब बोनस और धान बेचने का मौसम हैं।

उपर से, दिसंबर – जनवरी  की ठण्ड में  ईंट का ढंग से न पकना भट्ठों संचालको का भारी नुकसान किया। आलम ये हैं कि मुंहमांगी कीमत पर भी लोगों को ईंट, रेत, गिट्टी नहीं मिल रही। चार-पांच दिनों तक ऑर्डर पेंडिंग हो रहे हैं। कुल मिलाकर मिडिल क्लास परिवार खुद के आशियाना बनाने के सपने में बुरी तरह पीस रहा है। पहले तो मटेरिएल नहीं मिल रहा, जो मिल रहा है उसकी मुहमांगी कीमत मांगी जा रही है।
